Throughout these Terms, StudyX G.K. is referred to as "StudyX." By using our mobile applications (the "Apps"), services, or accessing any content provided by StudyX G.K. (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. These Terms apply to all of StudyX products and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Services.

2. Eligibility​

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use StudyX Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Services.

3. Subscriptions and Billing​

a. Subscription Plans​

StudyX Services may include access to subscription-based content. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

b. Billing​

You authorize StudyX or StudyX's third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees. Prices and payment terms are subject to change, but StudyX will notify you of any significant changes in advance.

c. Free Trials​

StudyX may offer free trials. Upon expiration of the trial period, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

d. Cancellations and Refunds​

Subscriptions can be canceled via your app store settings or by contacting customer support. Refunds are generally not provided, and you acknowledge that all fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable laws.

4. User Accounts​

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to notify StudyX immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Permitted Use​

StudyX Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or sell StudyX content or software.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the functionality of the Services.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purposes.
• Use the Services in any fraudulent or unauthorized manner.
• Engage in activities that disrupt the Services or infringe upon the rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property​

All content, software, and trademarks associated with the Services are owned by StudyX G.K. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal purposes.

7. Termination​

StudyX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if StudyX determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or misused the Services in any way.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties​

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. StudyX does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyX G.K. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

You acknowledge that the use of the Services is at your own risk. StudyX G.K. shall not be responsible for any personal injury, property damage, data loss, or other harm resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to physical injuries, device malfunctions, or data corruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudyX G.K. disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use the Services, regardless of whether such damages are direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise.

10. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Japan. However, local laws of the user's jurisdiction may apply to certain consumer rights where required by applicable laws.

11. Changes to the Terms​

StudyX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. StudyX will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
